  • There is something magical about experiencing the There is something magical about experiencing the world through the eyes of a grandchild. A recent safari adventure in California gave us the chance to see amazing animals up close, but my favorite part wasn't the wildlife—it was watching my granddaughter's face light up with every new discovery.

Children have a wonderful way of reminding us to slow down, be curious, and find joy in the moment.

Those may be some of God's greatest gifts.

What adventure have you shared with a child or grandchild that made you smile?
I am deeply honored by this endorsement from Rabbi I am deeply honored by this endorsement from Rabbi Irwin Huberman, spiritual leader of Congregation Tifereth Israel, journalist, and author of The Place We Call Home.

It was also a privilege to speak at Congregation Tifereth Israel's Rosh Chodesh gathering and engage in meaningful conversation about the daughters of Zelophehad. I am grateful for Rabbi Huberman's encouragement, scholarship, and support, and for the opportunity to learn from one another through our shared love of Scripture.
GOD-INCIDENCES I've begun using the term "God-inci GOD-INCIDENCES I've begun using the term "God-incidence"—those moments that seem like coincidences until you recognize God's hand at work. At the recent Rosh Chodesh gathering, I learned that the Hebrew name for the Book of Numbers is Bamidbar, which means "In the Wilderness."

After months of prayerfully discerning the title Daughters of the Wilderness, discovering that the Hebrew name for the very book that tells the daughters' story is "In the Wilderness" felt like one of those gentle reminders that God is always at work—even when we don't yet see the whole picture.

Have you experienced a God-incidence lately? I'd love to hear your story.
I'm looking forward to attending the Network of Bi I'm looking forward to attending the Network of Biblical Storytellers International (NBSI) 41st Annual Conference later this month.

Each summer, people from around the world gather to learn, tell, and experience Scripture through the ancient art of biblical storytelling. For more than 30 years, NBSI has been an important part of my faith journey. There is something powerful about hearing Scripture told by heart. God's Word comes alive in a way that challenges, encourages, and inspires.

This year feels especially meaningful. NBSI is where I first learned the story of Zelophehad's daughters. Now, for the first time, I'll be bringing Daughters of the Wilderness to share and sign with the very community that helped shape my love for biblical storytelling.

It's one of those beautiful full-circle moments that reminds me how faithfully God weaves our stories together.I'm excited to reconnect with friends, learn from gifted storytellers and scholars, and grow in this ministry I love.

Have you ever experienced biblical storytelling?
