Each morning, the Israelites gathered only what they needed for the day. No more than needed, they learned. It became a daily lesson in trust. In my story, I imagine how they prepared the manna, gathering wild herbs from their surroundings and making various preparations. But this detail about manna speaks to us today. God provides.

    Recently, I went to my orthopedic doctor, and he t Recently, I went to my orthopedic doctor, and he told me I can now put weight on my injured leg, which has an MCL and a meniscus tear. WHAT? I was not prepared for that. Better yet, he said, “Unless you don’t wear this brace for the next 6 weeks, you won't need surgery.” Prayers work. I kept thinking about the story of the Paralytic. “Pick up your mat and go home.” And the other was "Rejoice in your suffering because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and hope. And hope does not disappoint us." Romans 5:3-4 Thank you to all of you who prayed for me. I am ever thankful. Praying for those of you waiting to hear from a doctor.
