I just returned from a trip to Utah’s stunning national parks: Bryce, Zion, Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. I don’t have enough words to describe it!

Why have I never connected the Genesis creation story with the ancient forces of geology and dinosaurs? When I think of creation, I usually picture trees, plants, oceans, stars, the moon, and the sun. But this trip opened my eyes to God’s extraordinary creativity. He made these magnificent places!

I live in the North East and cherish every season but fall is my favorite. I love the change to hot soups with crusty bread, Sunday roasts that give leftovers for days, warm sweaters for long walks...but most of all the leaves. I love this quote from Emily Bronte.
